1998 - 2014 Trend Data
NOTE: The purpose of this Trend Analysis is to assist in tracking changes over time. Some
variation in the survey results from year to year is expected with any survey and may
not be significant.
The nature of the 2007 and 2008 surveys was quite different. As such, there are only
a small number of questions that are comparable to the traditional City services
surveys. Where no comparable question exists, the “n/a” indicator is used.
Over time, the wording of some questions has changed. The 2014 questionnaire
wording is used here. Copies of any earlier surveys are available through the Public
Communications Department.
