In the Class A market, the bulk of one-bedroom units cost from slightly
over $900 to $1,200 per month and range from 650 to 900 square feet.
Of the selected properties, only one offers a studio layout. The
communities of Aura at Towne Place and Bell Great Bridge command
the highest rents for one-bedroom units on a absolute and per square
foot basis (an average of $1.61 and $1.53 per square foot respectively).
Hideaway at Greenbrier offers the lowest-priced one-bedroom rental
units.
