Chesapeake For-Sale Residential Development Trends
Home sales throughout the city are strong. The higher end housing
tends to be located close to Greenbrier, Chesapeake City Hall, and the
Great Bridge area. New home sales mirror this trend. This bodes well
for the development of new homes in the study area—there appears to
be ample demand near the study area, and the prices are on the
higher-end.
