Two-and Three-Bedroom Rental Units
Two-bedroom units in newer apartment communities generally offer
between 1,000 and 1,250 square feet of space at $1,100 to $1,500 per
month. Three-bedroom units range from 1,250 to 1,400 at $1,400 to
$1,700 per month. One- and two-bedroom units are the most popular
choices for renters. The Class A rental market is strong, as evidenced
by few concessions and strong occupancy.
